Took my Queen comforter to get washed and they dry cleaned it. The tag specifically said to wash only. When I brought it home it was shrunk. Wouldn't even fit a twin bed. The owners said they didn't do it but also said the would fix it. If you didn't do it why would you fix it. Better yet how would you fix it. They never even bothered to reimburse me. Bad service.
