I stopped in to look around. Very little was on display compared to many other shops I've been in. This might have been OK except that I was in the store for at least five minutes and there were no signs of life. I finally left without having seen anyone in the store.
Besides being truly appalling security and customer service, it made me wonder if whoever was supposed to be there was OK.
Not sure if I'll waste another trip to Sycamore to try them again.
