I purchased the "Interior Detailing" for my 2011 Ford Fusion on 7/12/17 for $135.
This was only my second visit here and it's the second time I've been disappointed. My car was relatively clean inside and out but needed some vacuuming after a trip to the beach and to clean off the light later of dirt that shows up on a white car. The windows were left streaky. On the outside I could still see dirt under the rear window (sill). The guy that checked me in asked if I had anything specific that needed attention. I told him the trunk needed vacuuming because of sand. They never vacuumed the trunk. Then there's the employees that feel like it's ok to curse like sailors in front of customers, including people who have their kids with them. I used to pay less for better service when I lived in the city. I won't be going back.
There might be a time or two or a hundred when they have missed a smudge of dirt on the hood or by the wheel well etc and I'm sure that can be frustrating. After all, you spent $10 to $30 bucks on your car wash and wax. Again, I spent $135 and my wife and I couldn't be happier! ( I'd spend another $135 in the future)
They have several levels od cleaning, asked for the cheapest one but was charged for middle one. When I said no, that is not what I asked for the guy claimed not to understand my English. Although when prepping my vehicle it was not an issue. double check before you leave your car.
We had our first child in 2015. As most parents know, kids have the ability to destroy EVERYTHING. Our daughter covered the back seat in juice, crackers, and vomit.
The car was bought off the lot in the spring of 2011. For the first 2 years it was a commuter car to the city. Anyone who commutes knows that your car becomes your home. You eat and drink in it. You have dance parties in it. You might even take a nap on your lunch break in it. Moral of the story, your commuter car gets dirty, fast.
The guys and girls at Ralph's removed EVERY STAIN on the seats. Some of the stains had been on there for 6 years! All of the puke all of the food all of the dirt.
Second visit today and am disappointed again. One person checking cars in AND vacuuming. They have a policy that exterior washes go ahead while vacuuming is done. That meant my car kept getting pushed back because he had no time to do it. Even though I was paying more. 25 minutes later I had them pull the car and got a refund. Will not be back, Will not recommend.
One dramatic event happened during the next 2.5 years. My brother-in-law puked all over the back seat, the back door, and the front passenger seat. I tried cleaning it with Resolve carpet cleaner, I got the smell out but the stains stayed.
Big details missed. Paid for 15 dollar wash. Windows not clean. Went a few more times...same results. Do not recommend. Found chips on the edges of my driver and passenger doors that were not there before using them.
