A year ago we took the truck in to get a gas leak fixed. About $1,500+ they worked with us and we thought the problem was fixed. We thought this was a great place... Here we are a year later and the same gas leak. Another mechanic outside of bockmans told me they probably patched it and charged us full price for a new gas tank. I will never come back here again. Highly annoyed and Dissapointed. Not everyone has $1,500+ to throw into a car at any given moment. If you are fixing the problem then fix it! Specially when the customers paying that much. And for the record we park in a driveway not over grass or wet areas. My mom now has my old truck and she is afraid she may run out of gas while driving. Again there is a puddle of gas in the driveway. What did we pay you guys for exactly???
I have my Saturn and my Subaru serviced by Bockman's. I get good value for my money here. They do a good job, I trust them.
